ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Alejandro.

I’m a UX and product design leader based in San Francisco, focused on creating clear, useful experiences for complex products and services.

My background is in interaction design, and I’ve always been interested in how people connect with technology across different interfaces. That interest led me to study Web Design and Interactive Media at the Art Institute of California, San Francisco.

Over the past 17 years, I’ve worked across a range of industries, including payments, entertainment, social platforms, nonprofit organizations, and digital publishing. Much of my recent work has focused on payments and financial experiences, including checkout, bill payments, real-time payments, digital identity, and government services.

What I enjoy most is taking something complicated and making it easier to understand, use, and scale through thoughtful design, collaboration, and systems thinking.
